Double-concentrated Precedex should only be utilized if at least one of the following criteria are met: a. Patient is in the COVID unit b. Patient is receiving Precedex at a rate > 25 mL/hr c. Patient on fluid restriction (example: HD, CRRT, confirmed fluid overload)
