MOX Mail to Outlook Transition

To set up the Outlook application on a computer:
1) Click the Start menu, then choose "E-mail - Microsoft Office Outlook".
2) A box will pop up, click "Next".
3) Make sure "Yes" is selected, then click "Next".
4) Make sure "Microsoft Exchange Server" is selected, then click "Next".
5) In the "Microsoft Exchange Server" box, type: CHIMSX099
6) Enter your Employee ID number in the "User Name" box, and click "Next".
7) Click "Finish".
To send a group email:
1. Begin a new email
2. Select To
3. Under the tab "Show Names from the:", select Chattanooga-TN 4. Then, locate /SE CHA/Pharmacists or /SE CHA/Phatechs 5. Select OK and now you are ready to send an email.
