Following is a P and T Committee update (from the November 28th meeting). Starting date for specific programs is 4 December 2017, unless otherwise noted. Also, attached is the updated version of the “Not Stocked, Not Ordered” drug list with the new additions highlighted in red.

After Hours Remote Order Verification -- Madison Hospital | Non-Formulary | Between the hours of 22:30-06:30 on Monday-Friday, and 20:00-0800 on Saturday and Sunday, pharmacists at Huntsville Hospital Main will provide verification and telephone support pharmaceutical services for patients at Madison Hospital. |
