(Actonel)		 Do NOT crush tablets as a mucosal irritant. Use once-weekly tablet dispersed in 60 mL of mineral-free water. Consider holding tube feeding for 2 hours before and after. Patient should remain upright to prevent esophageal damage caused by reflux.
