Additional information

For patients aged 70 or older, ramelteon is preferred over zolpidem for sleep indications. Please refer to System_RXMEDTI 161 for dosing guidance and exclusion criteria. Orders placed for patients meeting these criteria will be interchanged by pharmacy at order verification
