Policies and procedures

Per HM P&T: Indications for regadenoson are as follows:

  • Left bundle branch block (LBBB)
  • Ventricular Pacing
  • Ventricular pre-excitation
  • ≥ 1 mm resting ST-T abnormalities
  • Left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) with ST-T abnormalities
  • Digoxin use with associated ST-T abnormalities
  • Unable to ambulate on treadmill
  • Recent MI (1-3) days or elevated troponin level
