Dose will be automatically be rounded to the nearest 25 mg per policy
For all doses being administered in the operating room, the operating room nurse will contact the operating room pharmacist (1-0670) to coordinate preparation and delivery
For all doses NOT being administered in the operating room, the clinical pharmacist must call the SPA pharmacist (1-4306) to coordinate preparation and delivery
