Non-formulary, not stocked.  Must be ordered through outpatient STEPS program.  Patient to use own supply.

If prescribed for inpatient, try to attempt to defer until after discharge if possible.  If required as an inpatient, the patient must be register in the STEPS program through outpatient pharmacy and the medication acquired by that method.  Patient should then take their own supply in hospital.
