Comments:

Restricted to Anesthesiology, Emergency Department and CV Surgery.

 

Use Considerations:

  1. Surgeries in which deep neuromuscular blockade is essential right up to the end of the case.
  2. Clinically significant residual paralysis after neostigmine has been given.
  3. Surgeries that are suddenly and unexpectedly ended.
  4. "Cannot intubate / cannot ventilate" situations after neuromuscular blockade with vecuronium or rocuronium.
