Cosentyx --Non-formulary, not stocked.  Given sub-Q with once monthly maintenance doses for severe plaque psoriasis.  Specialty pharmacy currently does not provide drug to hospitals. Defer initiation to after discharge.  If necessary, patient may use their own drug supply in the hospital.
