Comments:

Endometrin 100 mg vaginal tablet is classified as a formulary agent. It is used to support embryo implantation and early pregnancy in assisted reproductive technology procedures. Encourage the patient to use her own supply during hospitalization, but the drug may be ordered if necessary.

Huntsville Compounding Pharmacy will be used to make the 200 mg compounded suppositories. Each order will be made for a specific patient as needed.

FIRST-Progesterone VGS 200 mg suppository will interchange to the 200 mg suppository supplied by Huntsville Compounding Pharmacy.

Crinone is non-formulary. OB physicians do not want to use Crinone gel for off-label uses.
