Onpattro is classified as non-formulary, not stocked. Defer inititation to outpatient setting.

 

It may be administered in the hospital outpatient infusion setting with use of the patient’s own medication supplied by the specialty pharmacy or through a patient assistance program if patient presents. A neurologist should prescribe the drug.
