Coromega Omega Baby prenatal supplement is non-formulary, not stocked and should be deferred to post-discharge.
Lovaza (formerly Omacor) should be switched to OTC omega-3 supplements. (2 capsules of OTC fish oil should be substituted for every 1 capsule of Lovaza)
