Embeda medication guide


Embeda is classified as non-formulary, not stocked or ordered. Generic sustained release morphine should be dispensed in place of Embeda in a similar dosing regimen and providing a similar amount of morphine per 24 hours. Naltrexone in Embeda tablets is inactive unless crushed or chewed.
