metFORMIN (Glucophage) AND repaglinide (Prandin)

  • ONE 500 mg metFORMIN tablet PLUS ONE repaglinide 1 mg tablet
  • ONE 500 mg metFORMIN tablet PLUS ONE repaglinide 2 mg tablet

metFORMIN -- hold for 48 hours post IV contrast media per radiologist, contraindications with CHF, renal disease, hepatic disease, and age. Pharmacist may order SCr.
