NON-AUTOMATIC INTERCHANGE: For adults, interchange to dextroamphetamine may be done as below if unable to achieve dosage with stocked strenghts.

The only strengths of Vyvanse routinely stocked (at HHWC) are 10 mg, 20 mg, and 50 mg. Any other doses needed will be made from these strengths.
