Sklice is classified as non-formulary, not stocked. It is automatically interchanged to permethrin (NIX).

Soolantra -- Indicated for rosacea, applied once daily, costs $330/30 gm tube.  Rare inpatient use expected.  Non-formulary, not stocked, defer to outpatient use, patient may use own supply if needed in the hospital.
