0.5 mg per nebulizer PRN ( at some dosage interval)
Exceptions --> PRN inhalers to be "kept at bedside" or "self-administered"

1-2 inhalations TID-QID
ipratropium (Atrovent)
0.5 mg per nebulizer TID-QID (or at same dosing interval), 6 to 8 hours apart, maximum of 4 treatments/day
