Comments:

Fanapt is classified as formulary restricted to contination of home therapy. Based on low useage rates and waste, psychiatry has agreed not to initate therapy in the hospital. Only the 4 mg and 6 mg tablets will be stocked as needed for low maintence doses and all other higher doses can be made out of the two strengths.
