Entire PEDIA-LAX line (senna, magnesium hydroxide, docusate, glycerin supp, and phosphate enema) is classified as non-formulary, not stocked. Interchange to the similar formulary product.

Glycerin enemas maybe prepared from the glycerin regular stock (liquid bulk bottle) rather than use a pre-made commercial product for pediatric use when the commercial product administration device/unit may not fit some pediatric patients.
