glipiZIDE (Glucotrol)

2.5 mg oral tablet daily
5 mg oral tablet daily

Use ½ of glipiZIDE 5 mg tablet for 2.5 mg dose
Use glipiZIDE 10 mg tablets x2 for 20 mg dose

6 mg oral tablet daily
12 mg oral tablet daily
