LUVOX CR is classified as non-formulary, not stocked. Interchange to the same total daily dose of fluvoxaMINE immediate release. Dose the immediate release tablets once daily if the total daily dose is 100 mg or less. Divide the dose into 2 doses if the total daily dose is greater than 100 mg.
