Kalbitor medication guide

Ecallantide (Kalbitor) Protocol

KALBITOR is classified as formulary status restricted to hospital outpatient/ER/clinic use. The drug supply is patient specific (i.e.: the drug is a patient's own supply, and they have designated it for their use if needed at the hospital). Each patient that desires Kalbitor to be available for hospital inpatient or outpatient administration should designate some of their own supply to be stocked at the hospital. One HAE patient has designated the Madison Hospital ED as her main site for drug administration.
