Doryx-150 is a new strength of DOXYcycline delayed release capsules. It is classified as non-formulary, not stocked. Interchange to DOXYcycline 150 mg (100 mg plus 50 mg) once daily.
Oral acne and periodontal indications are non-formulary. If medication needed for non-formulary use, recommend that patient to use own supply.
