diclofenac ophthalmic (Voltaren Ophthalmic)

  • 0.1% ophthalmic solution 1 drop two-four times daily

ketorolac ophthalmic (Acular)              

  • 0.5% ophthalmic solution 1 drop four times a day

Voltaren ophthalmic should be interchanged to Acular. See formulary document for dosing information.
