The IV formulation is no longer available

Mitigare capsules are simply colchicine 0.6 mg immediate release blue capsules and should be interchanged to colchicine 0.6 mg tables on a 1:1 dosage ratio.

Orders for colchicine 0.5 mg tablets (Lodoco) will be automatically interchanged to generic colchicine 0.6 mg tablets at the same frequency.
