clonazePAM ODT are formulary restricted to situations in pediatrics where it is judged necessary to use. The 0.125 mg tablets are currently stocked, with other tablet sizes ordered as needed. In other situations, the ODT should be interchanged to regular tablets. A suspension can be made from regular tablets if needed.
