clobetasol topical foam (Olux-E) can be substituted for either formulation.

Cream is preferred for non-scalp sites.

clobetasol topical (Impoyz) 

  • 0.025% cream topical

fluocinonide topical

  • 0.05% topical cream

Interchange at 1:1 dose frequency.

 


Olux-E clobetasol foam should be interchanged to clobetasol cream or solution. The solution may be used for the scalp.
