cloZAPine (Clozaril)

  • Half 25 mg tablet oral (Total: 12.5 mg)
  • 25 mg tablet oral
  • 100 mg tablet oral

Automatically interchange cloZAPine orally disintegrating tablets to the regular tablet at the same dose.

 


Upon clozapine verification CBC w/differential should be obtained (if not already performed).  If ANC results <1000 please contact MD.  If ANC acceptable redraw in 2 weeks.  Follow up to be performed in Sentri-7.
