cephalexin 333 mg and 750 mg capsules are classified as non-formulary, do not stock or order. The 333 mg capsule should be interchanged to a 500 mg capsule and a 500 mg capsule plus a 250 mg capsule should be dispensed for a 750 mg capsule.

Panixine DisperDose is a dispersible tablet that is intended to be dissolved in a small amount of water and administered as a liquid. It is classified as non-formulary, not stocked. Interchange to cephalexin capsules or suspension.
