COMETRIQ is classified as non-formulary, not stocked. It is distributed exclusively through specialty pharmacies and is not available for procurement by HH pharmacy. The patient may use his/her own supply if needed during admission. Initiation should be deferred to after discharge.

Cabometyx is non-formulary, not stocked. Patient may use home supply. Defer initiation to outpatient setting.
