Dispense the equivalent dose of Wellbutrin SR in its place: Aplenzin 174 mg daily to Wellbutrin SR 150 mg daily. Aplenzin 348 mg daily to Wellbutrin SR 150 mg BID. Aplenzin 522 mg daily to Wellbutrin SR 150 mg q8h.
