Interchange is not exactly 1:1 conversion. 

 

 

Augmentin ES-600: Should not be used in adults, adolescents, or children ≥40 kg due to differences in clavulanic acid concentration.

 

Augmentin XR in national shortage, with no release date. Following interchange to be used.
