Sustol injection medication guide


Sustol is non-formulary. Interchange to ondansetron oral tablets or intravenous injection. 16 mg dose x 1 dose at each dose of chemotherapy. Reviewed by Oncology subcommittee. 

Sancuso Patch is non-formulary, not stocked. If ordered for an inpatient, contact the physician and have changed to a formulary agent. If a patient is admitted with a patch that had been applied as an outpatient, the patch should be discontinued and the physician should be notified.
