HYDROcodone-guaiFENesin
HYDROcodone-homatropine (Hydromet) AND guaiFENesin (Mucinex, Robitussin)
Hydromet = HYDROcodone(5 mg/5 mL) + homatropine Br (1.5 mg/5 mL)
Adjust HYDROcodone dose to that of non-formulary product if different amounts or concentrations. i.e. Obredon is HYDROcodone 5 mg / 10 mL, thus would give 5 mL of Hydromet Syrup to give an equivalent HYDROcodone dose for Obredon 10 mL.
