Here are a few other bits of info I've learned along the way...
1) Make sure neither box is checked under security to avoid having to admit people into the meeting.
2) Ensure “enable join before host” is checked in the advanced options section.
3) Invite Zoom email account you're using to meetings when setting up to ensure you don't double book.
4) Make the Zoom meeting name the same as the Zimbra meeting name so you can find it later if necessary.

Subject: FW: Zoom video conferencing
I received a request to re-forward this Zoom access information to everyone and emphasize the need to include the Email for the account being used as an invitee to your meeting so that it can easily be viewed in Zimbra if the conference line is available at the given time.
This helps with avoiding double-booked account situations.
