Subject: D2 Back-up during rounds -->UB3

4NE is now considered a "closed unit" like 4MST and a team of physicians will be rounding on this unit every morning starting around 8:30am.  The "D2" pharmacist will be rounding as well, making it difficult for the D2 to cover 4E/4W verification during that time.  Starting tomorrow10/15/20, the D2 will call the UB3 to alert them that rounds are starting, and the UB3 will cover 4E/4W verification responsibilities during the duration of the rounds.  The D2 will contact the UB3 when rounding ends.
