Subject: TPN frequency should always be EB

When entering a TPN, do not change the Frequency from EB (every bag) to Daily. The daily frequency will prevent the TPN from crossing to Sentri7. This frequency table is used by both pharmacy and nursing, so we can not remove the daily option from the list without potentially affecting nursing. Fortunately the default is EB so this issue should be rare.

If you notice that a TPN is missing in Sentri7 during reconcilliation, check to see if the frequency is Daily and if so, change it to EB and the order should appear.
