Subject: Diltiazem ADDVantage backorder

Diltiazem 100 mg ADDVantage vials are on backorder, and we've received a shipment of 125 mg vials. Over the next few days the ADDVantage vials will be unloaded from all profile pyxis machines at HH Main.

Tuesday April 4th:

1) Travis will change all the order sets and VT entries to diltiazem 125 mg/125 mL. The labels will print in PSP and PSP will send up all the doses needed. Don't forget to make them 125 mL total volume.

2) The remainder of the AddVantage vials will be reserved for the non-profile pyxis machines.

3)The 25 mg bolus vials are still available in the pyxis machines and can be used in emergent situations.
