Subject: Pharmacist Competency/QRG CBL

The new Pharmacist Quick Reference Guides are ready to be picked up.  Check with your supervisor if you have not picked one up yet.  Each pharmacist should get 1 copy, and be sure to put your name on it! 
 
Get familiar with the new QRG and utilize it to complete the 2020-2021 Pharmacist Competency Assessment CBL quiz. Enroll in this CBL by searching E-PH5970820 in your NetLearning.
 
Deadline for ALL pharmacist to have this CBL completed is September 30th.
Secret Clue: I found #19 a little challenging, so use the "Pediatric & Neonatal Parenteral Nutriton Guidelines" on pg.91.   Recommended TPN volume per day is the same as IVF.
