Hey all,

A new document on Cerner 724 Downtime Viewer has been created for pharmacists and can be found on the Pharmacy IT page on Formwebhttps://docushare.hhsys.org/dsweb/Get/Document-86268/724%20Downtime%20Viewer%20Guide%20for%20Pharmacy.pdf.  This is the application that can be used to access patient chart info in the event of a planned or unplanned downtime.

In addition, the PharmIT page contains general downtime instructions, instructions on how to switch Pharmacy Order Image over to fax machines for all three hospitals, and how supervisors/admins can place Pyxis machines on critical override via the ES Server website.

Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions.
