Huntsville Hospital Coumadin Clinic Notes in Cerner

To all,

The Heart Center recently went live with Cerner, and Coumadin Clinic documentation of patient visits to the clinic can now be found in Cerner.  See the attached instructional sheet on how to retrieve this info.  The clinic will continue to use Dose Response as there is report and patient tracking functionality Cerner does not provide.  But RPhs now have the option to use Cerner or Dose Response or a combo of the two to gather information regarding patient clinic visits.

Joseph is adding the tip sheet to Cerner Tip Sheet and Reference Guide in FormWeb/Pharmacy Information Technology.
