Please see the attached graphs from Michael. Even though we have had a very high census, our documentation numbers are down from our pre-COVID-19 numbers. These numbers plus verification data, projects, and other interventions drive our overall workload numbers. Please renew your efforts to document 100% of your activities and interventions in the appropriate database.
 
I know that everyone is incredibly busy and that these unprecedented times bring a lot of stress, but documentation is vital if we are to fully demonstrate the value of our pharmacists.
