Subject: Bumex Injectable BACKORDER

Injectable bumetanide(Bumex) is on backorder, and we are effectively out.  The few remaining vials are being reserved for W/C.   Bumetanide is to be therapeutically interchanged to furosemide per our formulary, however, if you receive a "NO SUB" order, contact the physician and inform them of the current backorder status.  
 
The CHF Clinic has a few vials remaining and have been informed that we are out of stock.
