Good afternoon,

Beginning today, 3/27/17, TOC staff will be available to perform admission histories 7a-7p Monday-Friday on the following units at HH Main:

7N/NE/NW

7West

5E/W

3E/W

Peds at W&C

Beginning Tuesday, 4/11/17, we will also be adding 4E/W (same days and hours).

Night shift and weekend nursing staff will remain responsible for completing admission histories for patients admitted on their shifts.

If you need to contact a member of our TOC team, they can be found in Aionex.  You may also contact them directly using the attached assignment grid; however, this grid will be changing rapidly in the coming weeks/months as we continue to expand to additional units.
