Hey all,

 

Although rare, it is possible for a provider to add an Order Comment on a Pharmacy to Dose order (e.g. Vanc, aminoglycoside, Warfarin). 

 

It can be easy to miss this during verification but you will see a clipboard/folder icon

We suggest looking for the folder icon in MedManager and Inquiring the order to read what the comment is, prior to Voiding the dummy drug,:
