Subject: Fix for blank Vancomycin calculator

Hey all!

If you open the Vancomycin AUC calculator and it’s blank despite enabling Macros,  try the following and contact me if it still doesn’t work.

 

It appears to happen if you click the restore window  icon below the main window.

 

Then you can get a blank screen

To fix this, click on View -> New Window -> and then the   icon to remaximize the inner window.

 

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.  You can call my cell off hours and I can try to remote into your desktop in case it’s something else.
