Subject: Reminder: Please Void Dummy drugs

Hey all,

This is just a reminder to Void all dummy orders on the medication profile instead of Verifying them, including both “Pharmacy to Dose” orders and the “Consult to Pharmacy Notification” orders that originate from the HOSP Consult to Pharmacy PowerPlan.   Doing so helps clean up the MAR and reduce confusion for other staff.  But of course, take care of the patient first.
