Subject: RE: Ancillary Units (Main) Patient List

If you perform PKS reconciliation at Main Campus, an official PharmIT “Ancillary Units (Main) by G. Belzar” Patient List has been created and proxied to all pharmacists at Main.  There is no need to view/place this list on your “Active lists”, its only purpose is to be applied to the MPTL (Consults and Interventions) tabs as needed when looking for lost tasks.  Please contact Joseph (joseph.ho@hhsys.org) if for some reason you do not see this patient list as an option, run into any issues, or need the list proxied to other individuals (e.g. students).

It is recommended 1st shift apply this list at the end of their shift to look for missed tasks, but 2nd shift definitely needs to apply this list after 1st shift leaves (e.g. after 1600) as the last safety net to catch missed tasks.

Big thanks to Katie Varner for her help proxying this list.  We will do our best to maintain and ensure the accuracy of this list to capture all random areas you would have to check.
