Zoom quick reference guide

We've been having difficulties with Go-To Meeting, so we're making a change. Thanks to Aaron and James, we now have four different Zoom accounts we can use for our meetings, presentations, CEs, interviews, etc. complete with operating instructions (attached). 

Please be sure to use the proper Zoom account when setting up meeting so you won't trip up any other group or overburden an account.

You may use your cell phone if you'd like to display your face (great for interviews) or your desktop for ease in sharing screens and documents. 

I'm no expert, but feel free to ask questions, or to direct your complicated questions to James Smock.

I didn't send to the entire pharmacy, so I've probably inadvertently left someone off. Feel free to forward this info to whomever you feel may need to be able to set up a meeting.
